Guaranteed acceptance life insurance

No health questions. Anyone 50–85 qualifies.

    The short answer

Guaranteed acceptance is a final expense policy with zero health questions. If you're between 50 and 85, you cannot be turned down. The tradeoff: a 2-year waiting period for natural-cause death and slightly higher premiums.

    When it's the right choice

    • You were declined by a regular final expense carrier.
    • You have serious health conditions (terminal diagnosis, recent stroke, kidney dialysis).
    • You take medications that would disqualify you from a standard policy.
    • You want a small policy and want it fast, without questions.

What the 2-year graded benefit means

Every guaranteed acceptance policy has the same protection clause: if you pass away from natural causes in the first 24 months, the insurer returns the premiums you paid plus 10% interest, instead of the full payout. After 24 months, the policy pays the full coverage for any cause of death. Accidental death is covered in full from day one.

This is normal and expected — every major carrier (Mutual of Omaha, AIG, Gerber, Colonial Penn) uses the same structure for guaranteed acceptance.
